CONDOMINIOS JACQUELYNN OPERATING RULES
I. POOL RULES:
- There is no lifeguard and all persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
- The pool is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests.
- Owners and guests are expected to be considerate of other owners by keeping the noise level down at all times, especially between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- There will be no running, rowdiness or other dangerous activities in the pool area.
- Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an responsible adult at all times.
- Pool furniture may not be removed from the pool area.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool or the wading pool.
II. PET RULES:
- Owners may bring pets to the condominiums. Guests may not.
- All pets must be on leash when on condominium property.
- Owners must pick up after their dogs on condominium property.
- Pets shall not disturb the quiet enjoyment of individual or common areas.
- A warning letter will be sent to the responsible owner for a first infraction of any of the above rules. A $50.00 fine will be levied against the owner in the event of a second infraction and any further infractions thereafter.
III. BOAT AND TRAILER STORAGE RULES:
- Boats and trailers may be parked to the north or south of the condominiums, not in the parking lot.
- All parked boats and trailers must be clearly marked with the unit number of the owner.
- When the owner is not in residence and leaves a boat and/or trailer parked on condominium property, the boat must be registered with the Administrator in writing. The owner also must provide to the Administrator written permission for his boat/trailer to be moved during his absence if necessary.
- Boats may be left on the beach to the north of the property. These boats must be marked with the owners unit number and registered in writing with the Administrator.
- Owners may install private moorings. The placement and installation of said moorings must be approved by the Administrator. The moorings shall be for the private use of the owner and must be maintained by the owner.
IV. RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKING (RV'S):
- All RV's parked on Condominium property must be registered in writing with the Administrator. This registration must include the name and unit number of the responsible owner and a description of the vehicle. RV's may not be parked on the stone surfaced parking area immediately in front of the condominiums.
- RV's may be parked only:
- Unoccupied along the south end of the complex or
- Occupied or unoccupied along the north end of the complex, or parallel to the curb on the east side of the public road immediately in front of the complex.
- RV's parked to the south of the complex may not have operating air conditioners, fans, evaporative coolers or auxiliary power generators.
- RV's may use condo water to fill tanks and condo electricity to power on-board refrigerators and to maintain auxiliary battery chargers only.
- RV's may not discharge liquids or wastes of any kind into the condo sewage system or anywhere else on the condo property. All dump valves and connections must be absolutely leak free.
- RV owner must be present at CJ in order to park RV at CJ.
V. BODEGA RULES:
- Every unit has an assigned bodega space. The space is in proportion to the size of the owner's unit.
- Any owner who needs additional space may request same from another owner who does not need all of his/her assigned space. Permission must be granted in writing and a copy kept on file in the administrator's office.
- All items must be contained within the assigned space.
- Only the floor space immediately under the owner's assigned area is his to use. The rest of the floor space must be kept cleared!
- All items must be labeled by unit number.
- All items are stored at owner's own risk. The Administrator is not responsible for any lost items.
- The bodega at the south east corner of the property is to be used for the storage of the following items only: outboard motors, containers of gasoline and other flammable materials, motorcycles, bicycles, boat masts and booms. None of the above named items may be kept in the other bodegas! All items must be labeled with the owners unit number.
- Items which are unmarked or improperly stored for more than thirty days may be placed in impound by the Administrator. Whenever possible, written notice warning of such disposal will be sent to owner.
VI. NO CONDO RENTING:
Owners may not rent or lease condos to second parties.
VII. SCOPE, DISPLAY AND REVISION OF RULES:
All owners and their guests are bound by the above Operating Rules and the responsible owner shall be subject to any fines and/or penalties contained herein. Copies of these rules shall be posted on the bulletin board and in the area to which they refer. The Operating Rules may be revised by the Vigilance Committee with a majority vote, or by a majority of the Assembly.
